In Short

  • Zoho CRM also has a free plan, for up to 3 users
  • Freshsales Growth shows $9 a user a month billed yearly
  • Keap and HighLevel charge flat monthly fees
  • Listed in alphabetical order, not ranked

Our team also builds shop software. It is not included in these comparisons.

Why People Look Past HubSpot

HubSpot has a free plan and a low first seat, so many teams start there. People look at other options when the next step up gets expensive. HubSpot Professional is $90 a seat a month billed yearly, plus a $1,500 one time onboarding fee, and HubSpot says it needs a yearly commitment.

Others want a flat fee instead of paying per seat, or a pipeline first tool for a small sales team.

How We Picked These

These are listed in alphabetical order. It is not a ranking, and it is not based on user reviews. We looked at four plain things. Fit for your size of business. The features each vendor lists on its site. Whether the price is published. The support channels each vendor lists.
