Yes. We do not charge for it, and you do not have to buy anything from us. We do it because new tools make good stories for our readers.

Do I get to see the article before it goes live?

We write it from your own answers and keep your words. If anything in the finished article is wrong, reply to our email and we will fix it.

Will the article link to my site?

Yes. Every Spotlight links to the company's website, plus any links you add in the questionnaire.

How long does it take to go live?

Most features go live within two weeks of the answers coming in. We email you the link when it does.

Who can fill out the questionnaire?

A founder or someone who can speak for the company. You confirm that when you send it.

Is this the same as a news story?

No. Our news desk covers news on its own terms. A Spotlight is a feature built from your answers, and every one is labeled that way.
